C ...for creme It could be a hair milk, lotion or a leave-in conditioner: ALWAYS make sure water is the first or second ingredient!
O ...for oils Castor oil, coconut, olive, Argan etc. whatever works for you. The importance of putting the oil last lies in the fact that it will seal in moisture.
