Apply to wet hair, gently massage from root to ends. Rinse Thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.

I love this shampoo! I've been using it for about two months on 4c hair that has grown out, with a relaxer on the ends. My scalp gets a nice cleanse and it tingles a bit. My 2C headed child loves this too. The smell is so subtle and it lasts a LONG time. You do NOT need to use a lot when you apply to your hair. I've been using this between one child and myself and the bottle isn't even halfway done. I would highly recommend!
